HR Operations

Experience:
2–5 years in HR Operations (Banking or Financial Services experience preferred)

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR Operations, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and MS Office

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle employee onboarding, staff financing, and final settlements
• Maintain employee records and process day-to-day HR operational activities
• Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
