Position: HR Officer – Recruitment (Male Preferred)

Location: Clifton, Boat Basin, Karachi

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
* Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
* Coordinate and conduct interviews.
* Manage candidate communication and follow-ups.
* Maintain recruitment records and hiring trackers.
* Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
* Assist with job postings and other recruitment-related activities.

Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of relevant HR and recruitment experience.
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
