FIO Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Officer to join our team in Karachi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key HR functions, including recruitment and staffing, employee onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant discipline
Candidates with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation, are encouraged to apply.
