Salary: Rs60,000 - Rs70,000
Location: Clifton, Karachi

Hot N Spicy Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR Officer to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in payroll preparation, salary deposits, employee advances, loan tracking, uniform management, and overall HR operations across branches.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and reconciliation
Coordinate salary deposits and banking documentation
Maintain advance, loan, and allowance records
Manage uniform issuance, deductions, and reporting
Maintain accurate HR documentation and compliance
Coordinate with HR & Finance teams for smooth operations
Support branch-level HR activities and employee concerns

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field
2–3 years of HR/payroll experience
Strong MS Excel and documentation skills
Restaurant/Hospitality industry experience will be preferred
