HR Manager

Location:

Experience:
8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, labor laws, HR operations, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office is preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding
• Oversee performance management, attendance, and payroll inputs
• Ensure HR compliance, policies, and documentation
• Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy
