Lead the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting → onboarding)
Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
Handle employee relations, conflict management & disciplinary actions
Maintain HR records, contracts & documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
Support management with strategic HR planning
🔹 Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in an HR leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR policies & labor laws
Excellent communication, problem-solving & decision-making skills
