This internship offers practical exposure to core HR operations, onboarding processes, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR coordination. It’s a great opportunity to step into the corporate world and learn from experienced HR professionals.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
Support onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in preparing HR documents (offer letters, reports, etc.)
Help organize engagement activities and HR initiatives
Support attendance tracking and coordination tasks
Maintain confidentiality of company information

🎓 Eligibility:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
Human Resources
Business Administration / Management
Psychology or related field
Basic understanding of HR concepts
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
