BizTech, a company specializing in innovative, technology-driven business solutions, is offering an exciting HR Internship opportunity. This is an excellent chance for 2nd or 3rd year students in HR, BBA, Psychology, Media Sciences, Arts, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. The internship is remote with flexible hours, and the duration is 3 months.
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with the HR team to support various human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and training initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop practical HR skills and contribute to meaningful HR projects that will help shape the company’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new employees and contribute to employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR documentation and employee records, ensuring they are organized and up-to-date.
Assist in planning training and development activities for staff.
Help create HR reports and presentations for management.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to support HR-related initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2nd or 3rd year student, preferably in HR, BBA, Psychology, Media Sciences, Arts, or related fields.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
