Experience: 3–4 years of progressive HR Generalist experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR databases
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
• Support performance management, evaluations, and employee development
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and policy compliance
• Assist with organizational development and workforce planning
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
• Coordinate employee engagement, retention, and culture-building activities
• Support payroll processes and compensation & benefits administration
• Assist with Training & Development initiatives
• Coordinate disciplinary actions and warning letters
