𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: 5 days a week
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Night Shift)
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Rs. 40,000 – 50,000

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Handle attendance and basic payroll coordination
• Source potential candidates via social media platforms and online networks

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚
• 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1–2 years of experience in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR practices and recruitment processes
