Ortak Consultants Private Limited is hiring an HR Generalist for its client based in Karachi 🌆

💰 Salary Range: 80k – 100k
📍 Location: DHA - VIII, Karachi

🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔ Manage HR operations: employee records, payroll, and benefits
✔ Support recruitment & onboarding of new hires
✔ Handle employee relations and ensure compliance
✔ Coordinate training & development programs
✔ Assist in HR policy development & implementation
✔ Support performance management & feedback sessions
✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws & update management
✔ Act as the go-to contact for employee HR queries

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✔ 2–3 years of HR Generalist experience
✔ Strong HR knowledge & best practices
✔ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Proficiency in HRIS systems & MS Office
✔ Attention to detail & problem-solving mindset
✔ Solid knowledge of labor laws & regulations
