We're Hiring: HR Executive - Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD)
Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives
Maintain training records, calendars, and learning data
Support IDPs (Individual Development Plans) and learning needs assessments
Organize employee engagement and learning activities
Assist in employee feedback surveys and recognition programs
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth execution of L&D initiatives
Support internal and external audit documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
