Position: HR Executive

Black Buck Designs is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support our growing team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a software house and be comfortable managing recruitment and day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, outreach, initial interviews, scheduling, and assessments
Handle onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management
Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and HR policy implementation

Location: Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Timings: 12 PM to 8 PM
Salary: PKR 60,000
