Imrooz is Hiring: HR Executive – Karachi

They are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and manage end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Timings: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to PKR 80,000

Key Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, hiring documentation)
• Onboarding & joining formalities
• Employee record management in ERP & payroll systems
• Training coordination & logistics
• Probation evaluations & performance tracking support
• Employee query & grievance handling
• Exit management & clearance documentation
• HR letters & monthly HR reporting
• Internal communication & announcements

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field
✔ 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
✔ Strong communication & coordination skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (ERP knowledge preferred)
