Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Executive to strengthen our people operations and ensure smooth HR processes.
📍 Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi
🕐 Timings: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM (Night Shift)
📅 Days: Monday to Friday (only)
📌 Job Nature: Full-time
🎯 Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in HR operations
Knowledge of employee onboarding, documentation & offboarding
Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality & professionalism
⚡ Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee onboarding (orientation & documentation)
Prepare resignation acceptance emails & manage offboarding
Maintain & update employee files, HR records, and databases
Support the full employee life cycle (onboarding to offboarding)
Conduct HR data audits & ensure proper documentation
Coordinate with departments on HR-related matters
Assist with HR policies, compliance & daily HR operations
Support employee engagement & HR initiatives
