🔹 Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize & manage internal/external training programs (scheduling, logistics, communication, pre/post requirements, training records).
Coordinate and facilitate the Annual Performance Appraisal process.
Design & circulate quarterly engagement surveys to capture employee feedback.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
🔹 Qualification & Requirements
MBA/MPA in HR
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development.
Detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about creating impact.
