A growing startup is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support and enhance its human resources functions. Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Policy Implementation: Support in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational values and local laws.

  • Recruitment Support: Manage various stages of the hiring process including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Onboarding: Organize and conduct orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new employees.

  • AI Integration: Use AI tools to optimize HR tasks such as data management, employee engagement, and operational workflows.

  • Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all applicable labor regulations and legal standards.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a liaison for employee inquiries and support resolution of workplace concerns.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and AI tools utilized in HR functions.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Adaptability: Enthusiastic about learning and evolving within a fast-paced, startup environment.
