A growing startup is seeking a proactive HR Executive to support and enhance its human resources functions. Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding: Organize and conduct orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding and integration for new employees.

Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to all applicable labor regulations and legal standards.
Employee Relations: Act as a liaison for employee inquiries and support resolution of workplace concerns.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and AI tools utilized in HR functions.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
