The City School is Hiring:
▪ Deputy Manager HR (Talent Acquisition)

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Lead end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution
▪ Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through diverse sourcing channels
▪ Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and close positions timely
▪ Manage candidate assessments, interviews, and onboarding processes
▪ Ensure compliance with HR policies, KPIs, and labor laws
▪ Support workforce planning and contribute to HR reporting

Requirements:
▪ Masters / MBA in HRM
▪ 5–7 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
▪ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & ERP systems
▪ Ability to work under pressure with strong multitasking capabilities.

▪ Karachi (Regional Office-SRO)
