We’re Hiring | HR Business Partner (HRBP)
HHS School System is looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Karachi.
The HRBP will work closely with Campus Heads and management to manage day-to-day HR matters and ensure effective implementation of HR policies across campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations and HR-related concerns.
Work closely with Campus Heads on staffing and employee matters.
Support recruitment, onboarding, transfers and promotions.
Handle performance management and employee development.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Conduct campus visits and follow up on HR matters.
Provide HR guidance and support to management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR operations and employee relations.
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with different stakeholders.
Experience in the education sector or a multi-campus environment will be an advantage.
