ePlanet Global is looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support organizational growth through effective HR strategies, employee engagement, performance management, and alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
📌 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Develop and execute HR communication strategies.
• Support employee engagement, conflict resolution, and organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements for better performance.
• Partner with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
• Drive performance management and monthly employee reviews.
• Manage attendance and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Align HR initiatives with business objectives and ensure effective execution.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of HRBP or relevant HR experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and people management abilities.
