We’re Hiring: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
📍 Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal, Karachi
Monday – Friday: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM
Saturday: 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM

We are looking for a motivated HR Business Partner (HRBP) with at least 1 year of experience in HR, particularly in technical recruitment and institute collaboration.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end technical recruitment
Represent the company in institute collaborations, career fairs & recruitment drives
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutes
Plan and execute campus hiring and career drives
Maintain accurate HR and recruitment documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements
Identify talent trends and improve recruitment strategies

🔹 Requirements:
Graduate in HR or related field
1 year of relevant HR experience
