Education: Intermediate (Minimum)
Salary: Rs. 60,000 – 70,000 per month
We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage housekeeping operations and ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards within the facility.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Supervise housekeeping staff and daily operations
Maintain hospital hygiene and sanitation standards
Prepare staff duty rosters and allocate tasks
Monitor cleaning supplies and inventory
Conduct area inspections and ensure SOP compliance
Train, guide, and evaluate housekeeping staff
Maintain safety and infection control protocols
✅ Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate qualification
3–4 years’ experience as Housekeeping Supervisor
Experience in Hospital or Pharmaceutical industry is mandatory
Strong team management and leadership skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards
