Hospitality Manager

Description:

The Hospitality Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi. Responsibilities include supervising daily hospitality operations, managing food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and training and developing staff. The Hospitality Manager will also be responsible for implementing hospitality standards and ensuring compliance with company policies, while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage with guests and resolve issues effectively
• Proficiency in Hospitality and Food & Beverage management practices
• Experience in team Training and staff development within the hospitality industry
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory compliance
• Previous experience in a hospitality management role is highly preferred
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage
