This is a full-time, on-site Hospitality Manager role located in Rawalpindi Division. The Hospitality Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and maintaining overall guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, organizing and executing events, monitoring food and beverage services, and providing training to team members. The role emphasizes creating a welcoming environment and addressing customer needs effectively while maintaining operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with guests, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Proven expertise in Food & Beverage management and Hospitality operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members to maintain service quality and team performance.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure high standards of service.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and adaptability to address operational challenges effectively.
  • Experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
