What You’ll Be Doing 🔥

• Own the entire hiring flow (CEO takes final call)
• Recruit across ALL departments, AI wizards, Django devs, project ops legends 🚀
• Build & manage your own recruitment crew (3–4 ppl)
• Team up with C-levels & team leads to get sh\*t done
• Set up + standardise our hiring process like a pro 🛠
• Drive our employer brand, make people want to work with us 👀
• Keep the pace fast ⚡️, the experience smooth 💯, and the results real 📈
• Own KPIs like time-to-hire, candidate vibes, and offer accept rate

Who You Are 🧠

• You’ve done tech hiring in PK before (2–3 yrs min)
• Know your way around ATS/CRM tools 🧰
• Fast, focused, and low on drama, you make hiring happen
• You communicate like a boss, fluent in English, online or IRL
• You break down big problems into small bites 🍕
• You thrive on speed, not red tape ⏩
• You’re cool with the night shift (5 PM – 2 AM PKT)
