Your Role:
You are not just a social media manager.
You are responsible for bringing in leads and helping close deals.
Your job is to:

👉 Bring in qualified leads
👉 Support conversion into paying clients
What you'll do:
1. Build Our Brand (LinkedIn Focus) Manage founder’s LinkedIn presence Post 3–5x/week (case studies, insights, wins) Turn content into inbound leads
2. Improve Outbound Performance Write and test cold email + LinkedIn scripts Improve response rates and messaging A/B test hooks and offers
3. Optimize Funnels Improve landing pages and CTAs Build simple lead funnels (guides, email flows) Increase conversion from visitor → booked call
4. Create Case Studies & Proof Turn client wins into content (posts, PDFs, clips) Highlight cost savings and results 5. Refine Offers & Messaging Help position services clearly Make offers simple, compelling, and easy to buy
