Growth And Operations Manager

Mehfoz is building a trusted marketplace for buying and selling used smartphones in Pakistan. We are currently in our pre-launch growth phase and are looking for an ambitious professional who wants to help build a high-growth startup from the ground up.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly with the Founder to help grow and scale the business. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, taking ownership, improving processes, and turning ideas into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute growth initiatives and business strategies.

• Build and improve operational processes.

• Support seller acquisition and onboarding.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Help improve customer experience.

• Identify operational challenges and propose solutions.

• Assist with planning and executing new business initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Excellent problem-solving ability.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

• Startup mindset with a willingness to learn.

• Experience in Operations, Business Development, Product, Marketplace, Sales, or Growth is preferred.

• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.

• Experience with project management tools is a plus.
