Description:
You will work closely with our management and marketing teams to develop, optimise and manage our GHL infrastructure, with a strong focus on lead generation, automation, conversion and business growth.
We are looking for someone who is fast, proactive and highly technically capable. You should be able to take an idea, understand what is required and execute it quickly without needing constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimise GoHighLevel (GHL) sales funnels.
- Create landing pages, lead capture systems, forms, surveys and conversion journeys.
- Build advanced GHL automations and workflows.
- Set up lead nurturing, follow-ups, pipelines and automated communication.
- Integrate GHL with other platforms and business systems where required.
- Develop lead-generation strategies to attract and qualify new prospects.
- Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
- Test and optimize funnels, automations and customer journeys.
- Work with the marketing team to turn campaigns and ideas into functional lead-generation systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems quickly.
- Help develop systems that allow the business to scale efficiently across international markets.
- Track and report on lead flow, conversion and funnel performance.
- Continuously research new GHL features, tools, strategies and automation opportunities.
What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience building and managing sales funnels.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Experience with lead generation and lead nurturing.
