Description:

Speridian Technologies is looking to hire "Functional Consultant - CRM" resource for onsite Karachi and Lahore based opportunity.

Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in CRM business analysis, with hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with CRM system features, data models, and integrations. Basic understanding of SQL and data analytics tools is a plus.
· Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, marketing, and customer service.
· Ability to analyze business data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience in managing CRM-related projects, including defining timelines, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery.
