Tech Surge Inc is looking for someone with 10+ years in data centre operations who knows job schedulers (Automic), managed file transfer (GoAnywhere, Connect:Direct), Windows/Unix, Oracle/SQL and cloud concepts.

What you'll do:
• Manage job schedulers and managed file transfer tools, including daily BAU activities
• Automate data centre operations with proper exception handling and controlled reruns
• Monitor application batches and enterprise alerts, and escalate issues until closure
• Report production issues promptly with impact analysis and corrective action
• Deploy approved changes with pre- and post-deployment validation
• Maintain high availability across primary and secondary sites
• Support business continuity testing, audit and compliance requirements
• Own MTTR, uptime and SLA targets on a 24x7 rotation
