Back End Developer

Description:

We’re building a next-generation Supply Chain ERP platform designed to power complex enterprise business operations through a modular, scalable, and maintainable architecture. We’re looking for an experienced Backend Engineer (Java & Spring Boot) who is passionate about clean code, thoughtful architecture, secure application development, and solving real-world enterprise challenges. You’ll play a key role in building our ERP platform from the ground up, contributing to architectural decisions, core business capabilities, and AI-powered business workflows.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Build a modular-monolith architecture with clear module boundaries and well-defined interfaces.

Develop secure, scalable RESTful APIs and enterprise business workflows.

Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), and multi-tenant isolation.

Design and optimize relational database schemas, SQL queries, indexes, and transactions.

Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality.

Collaborate with frontend engineers, architects, QA engineers, and AI engineers.

Integrate AI-powered capabilities into enterprise workflows through well-defined APIs. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, debugging, and performance optimization. Contribute to Docker-based development and deployment workflows.

💻 Required Technical Skills

Java: Strong proficiency in modern Java, OOP, collections, generics, exception handling, and concurrency fundamentals.

Spring Boot: Hands-on experience building production-grade backend applications.

Spring Ecosystem: Practical experience with Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, Spring Security, and transaction management.

REST APIs: Strong understanding of API design, validation, versioning, error handling, and documentation.

Databases: Solid SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.

Software Architecture: Knowledge of layered architecture, modular design, SOLID principles, clean code, and design patterns.

Security: Understanding of JWT, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, access control, and secure API development.

Docker: Experience working with containerized applications.
