Finance Manager

Description:

Samsons Farms is looking for a sharp, analytical Finance Manager (FP&A / Data) to turn data into decisions for the CEO and leadership team.
What You’ll Do
Lead budgets, rolling forecasts & financial models
Build dashboards and insights (Odoo / Excel / Power BI)
Deliver weekly & monthly performance reports
Analyse costs, unit economics & profitability
Support pricing, investment decisions & growth planning
Collaborate with division heads (Livestock, Dairy, Feed Mill, Greenhouse)
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling or analytics
Strong Excel modeling; ERP/BI experience (Odoo preferred)
Master’s in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Agri-Economics
Ability to simplify complex numbers for management
Agri/Livestock/FMCG experience is a strong plus
