We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manager Finance to lead our financial planning, budgeting, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, analysis, and internal controls, with the ability to provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Prepare and analyze financial statements and monitor KPIs.

Conduct profitability and cost analyses to optimize performance.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Provide strategic financial insights to senior management.

Supervise accounting operations, audits, and reconciliation activities.

Lead, train, and manage a finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professional growth.

Requirements:

MBA (Finance) / ACCA / CGMA / CA.

8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or analysis.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven ability to manage teams and deliver under deadlines.
