Finance & Inventory Executive

Description:

Raaziq is actively looking for a Finance & Inventory Executive to join its team in Lahore, with a focus on inventory reconciliation, financial coordination, and ERP-based reporting. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy in warehousing and distribution records, managing customer and distributor relationships, and supporting audits and monthly closings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile monthly inventory for distribution and warehousing clients.

• Verify customer data and resolve inventory-related discrepancies.

• Prepare invoices and ensure payment settlements to distributors on behalf of retailers.

• Conduct balance reconciliation with retailers and customers.

• Compile debtor and supplier ageing reports for internal use.

• Finalize sales tax data and assist in month-end accounts closing.

• Participate in both internal and external audits.

• Prepare and review daily stock reconciliation reports.

• Perform monthly and periodic bank reconciliation statements.

• Coordinate with distributors and e-tailors on financial and commercial matters.

• Ensure timely payment recovery from retailers.

• Support financial processes related to e-commerce and distribution businesses.

• Use Excel and PowerPoint efficiently for reporting and presentations.

• Maintain strong working knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle and SAP.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Part-Qualified Professional Certification (ACCA/CA/ICMA).

• Strong command over Oracle ERP.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with the distribution and e-commerce industry is preferred.
