In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling billing, reporting, and customer account coordination, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all financial transactions.

You will be an integral part of the financial operations, contributing to smooth and efficient processes while maintaining strong attention to detail and ensuring compliance with financial standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and manage reports related to financial processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Billing & Payments: Handle utility bills and company payments promptly, ensuring accurate and timely billing for customers.

• Dispute Resolution: Resolve any billing issues or disputes with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and customer account management.

• Account Adjustments: Make adjustments to customer accounts as needed to maintain accurate records.

• Record Keeping: Maintain proper financial records, documentation, and logs to ensure transparency and compliance.

• Data Protection: Safeguard sensitive and confidential financial data, adhering to company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.

• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.

• Ability to handle cash and financial records responsibly and securely.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (On-site)

• Saturday: Work from Home
