Finance Account Officer

Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting and audits.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Maintain general ledger and prepare journal entries

- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

- Process accounts payable and receivable

- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors

- Maintain financial records and documentation

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting .

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
