BoostHive is looking for a motivated Final Expense Closer to join our growing sales team. You will work with high-intent leads guiding customers through their Final Expense Insurance options while delivering a professional, consultative sales experience.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to sharpen their closing skills, grow within the insurance sales industry, and progress toward a future Senior Closer / Sales Leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle qualified sales opportunities for customers interested in Final Expense Insurance.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Present policies clearly, confidently, and professionally.
- Overcome objections using strong communication, empathy, and sales techniques.
- Drive conversations toward successful closures while maintaining compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, call notes, and customer records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, call volume and meet all KPIs.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates.
Must Have Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in Final Expense, Life Insurance, or high-ticket closing in US/CAN/UK.
- Proven ability to close deals and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
- Confident personality with excellent objection-handling ability.
- Experience with CRMs, dialers, and sales workflows.
- Self-starter, disciplined, and comfortable working in a performance-focused environment.
