🚨 We’re Hiring: Field Operations Supervisor (FOD) 🚨
📍 Location: Karachi, Pakistan
📑 Reports to: Field Operations Manager
💰 Salary: PKR 80,000 + 10,000 (fuel) + Attendance Allowance
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise and lead field technicians.
✅ Plan tasks, assign resources, and monitor performance.
✅ Conduct site visits to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate major problems.
✅ Train and evaluate field staff.
✅ Maintain site reports and ensure client satisfaction.
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
Requirements:
🎓 Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
🛠️ 4–6 years of experience in elevator/escalator installation & maintenance.
👨‍💼 At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
⚡ Strong technical and leadership skills.
🚗 Willingness to travel to project sites.
