Schazoo Consumer Healthcare is hiring a dynamic Field Manager to join its Derma/Aesthetic Division in Lahore. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about skincare science, field force development, and driving sales performance in the fast-growing cosmetoceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and support the field sales team focused on dermatology and aesthetic product lines.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans.

• Conduct training sessions and provide on-field coaching to Medical Representatives to ensure product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, and retail pharmacies.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product management teams to execute product promotion strategies.

• Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and provide feedback to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Pharm-D or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, or equivalent).

• 1–2 years of proven field experience in the dermatology or aesthetic product segment.

• Excellent communication, team-building, and leadership skills.

• Strong ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving business goals.

• Passion for skincare, wellness, and the derma segment.
