Fashion Operations Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fashion Operations Manager who understands fashion design execution, garment manufacturing, textile processing, sourcing, procurement, and full supply chain management.

The ideal candidate must have deep technical expertise in fabrics, dyeing processes, garment construction, and production scalability within a premium or designer fashion environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complete production lifecycle from sampling to bulk manufacturing

• Translate design concepts into technically feasible production plans

• Develop and manage seasonal production calendars

• Source fabrics locally and internationally (China, Turkey, UAE, etc.)

• Supervise dyeing, printing, embroidery, and finishing processes

• Approve lab dips, swatches, and quality benchmarks

• Prepare detailed product costing sheets and control margins

• Negotiate with fabric vendors and production units

• Oversee factory operations, stitching units, and compliance

• Implement SOPs for quality control and fit standardization

• Manage raw material inventory planning and demand forecasting

• Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency

• Build structured operational systems for brand scalability

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in fashion production & operations

• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field
