HIRING | Field Operations Associate

BusCaro Technologies is looking for a Field Operations Associate to manage on-ground operations for our airline crew pick-up and drop-off in Lahore. You'll make sure every crew member gets to and from their flight on time, every time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Run daily crew pickup and drop-off operations at the airport
• Assign vehicles and captains to duties through our dispatch portal
• Track the fleet live and act fast on delays, no-shows, or breakdowns
• Arrange backup vehicles when schedules change or issues come up
• Coordinate with the airline's OCC, crew members, captains, and our back office
• Keep ride records accurate and prepare weekly and monthly reports

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a fleet or transport operations
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or airline/crew transport is a strong plus
• Clear communication and the confidence to handle captains, crew, and client teams
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and dispatch or tracking systems
• Calm under pressure, with quick decision-making when plans change at the last minute
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
