About the Role
Torque360 is looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to join our team. You’ll assist customers with payment integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, support merchant onboarding, and ensure a seamless payment experience.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and resolve technical issues.
Assist with payment terminal orders, setup, and activations.
Support merchant onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Collect feedback and contribute to process improvements.
Identify potential sales opportunities as you grow in the role.

✅ Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (4-year program).
Minimum 1 year of international campaign experience, preferably in customer or technical support.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
Customer-focused, organized, and eager to learn.
