📋 Requirements:
✔️ B.Tech, Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or DAE (Electrical)
✔️ 2–3 years of experience in an electrical or electronic products assembling unit
✔️ Experience in LED assembly or stock management will be an added advantage
✔️ Strong leadership, production planning, and team management skills

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day factory and assembly operations
✅ Supervise production staff and ensure production targets are achieved
✅ Maintain product quality standards and improve production efficiency
✅ Monitor inventory and coordinate stock management
