Description:
We are looking for a GoHighLevel Expert who is as comfortable on a client call as they are inside a complex workflow. This is a hands-on delivery role, you'll own the technical build, lead the client relationship, and be the person who makes things happen. You'll be working on custom GHL products for UK-based clients — building out nurture journeys, automation logic, AI-driven features, and system integrations from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Technical Delivery
- Architect and build advanced GoHighLevel workflows, automations, and nurture sequences.
- Configure and integrate AI features — including AI Voice and AI Conversation — into client workflows.
- Build and maintain third-party integrations via APIs and native connectors (calendar, WhatsApp, telephony, etc.).
- Implement advanced customization and conditional logic for complex, multi-audience journeys.
Project & Client Management
- Provide clear, confident technical estimates before work begins.
- Lead client-facing update calls and written communications in plain, jargon-free English.
- Translate client requirements into a clear technical plan, and translate technical progress back into client-friendly updates.
Quality & Growth
- Test all automations end-to-end before they go live.
- Stay current with new GoHighLevel features and proactively recommend improvements.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel experience at a senior or lead level.
- Demonstrable experience with GHL AI features (AI Voice and AI Conversation).
- Strong grasp of APIs and third-party integrations (connecting systems beyond native connectors).
- Strong communication skills, excellent spoken English, clear and professional on calls.
- Track record of leading technical project scoping, estimating, and delivery end-to-end.
Strongly Preferred:
- Background in SaaS product development or strong understanding of SaaS business models.
- Team Management and Team Growth Experience to expand our current team.
