✔ KSA Healthcare Industry experience

✔ Strong understanding of healthcare operations and payer processes

✔ Prior experience in one or more of the following:

• NPHIES Claims Management
• SBS Coding
• Eligibility Verification
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Denial Management
• Quality Assurance & Auditing
• Healthcare Operations Support
• AI-assisted workflow environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with hospitals, clinics, TPAs, or insurance companies in KSA
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in offshore healthcare delivery teams
