Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to oversee the successful implementation and management of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and support the ERP system throughout its lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of ERP projects, ensuring clear project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define system specifications.

• Manage project teams, resources, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective delivery.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to resolve issues and prevent delays.

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource allocation.

• Ensure successful user adoption by coordinating training and change management initiatives.

• Oversee post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system optimizations, and feedback collection.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience managing ERP projects, with a focus on implementation and post-go-live support.

• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.

• Solid understanding of business processes, including finance, HR, and supply chain.
