Description:

Sowaan is looking for a highly skilled ERPNext Consultant with a strong accounting background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting ERPNext, particularly within the financial and accounting modules. You will play a key role in understanding client needs, providing ERP solutions, and ensuring seamless system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

⚙️ ERPNext Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and customization of ERPNext, focusing on finance and accounting modules.
🔍 Requirement Analysis: Work with clients to understand financial workflows, tax rules, chart of accounts, and reporting needs.
💻 Customization & Development: Collaborate with developers to customize ERPNext modules to meet client-specific requirements.
📢 User Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting.
🔗 Integration: Assist in integrating ERPNext with third-party applications, banking systems, and payment gateways.
📊 Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes through ERPNext automation.
✅ Compliance & Reporting: Ensure regulatory compliance and generate financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and tax filings.

Requirements:

✔ Expertise in ERPNext implementation and financial modules.
✔ Strong accounting knowledge (Chart of Accounts, Taxation, P&L, Balance Sheets).
✔ Experience in ERP customization and third-party integrations.
✔ Ability to conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
