Engineering Team Lead

Description:

I am currently partnered with a Top HFT Crypto Prop Trading firm who are looking for an Engineering Team Lead.

This role will be on a remote basis and the candidate will be located in APAC, India, Australia, or New Zealand.

You will lead and mentor a team of developers focused on building their core systems applications that form the foundation of the trading system.

Required experience:

• Extensive experience in software development (ideally gained in a top tier HFT firm)
• Complex backend systems
• Strong knowledge of exchange APIs, websockets, and low-latency communication protocols
• Proficiency in C++ and Python
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
