Email Marketing Manager

Nexumlogix ,we’re on a mission to elevate digital experiences through powerful, data-driven strategies. As we grow, we're looking for a creative and analytical Email Marketing Expert to join our marketing team and take our email campaigns to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Plan, execute, and optimize targeted email campaigns.
Build and manage email lists, segmentation, and automation workflows.
Create compelling content and A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and designs.
Analyze campaign performance and report on key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions).
Ensure deliverability, compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and best practices.
Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign alignment.

Required Skills for Email Marketing Expert
Proven experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong understanding of email automation workflows, drip campaigns, and customer lifecycle marketing
Proficiency in A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign optimization
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for responsive email design and troubleshooting
Experience with CRM integration and audience targeting strategies
Skilled in copywriting, subject line crafting, and writing compelling CTAs
Ability to analyze campaign data using tools like Google Analytics and platform-native dashboards
Familiarity with email deliverability best practices, IP warming, and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
Deep understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and compliance regulations
Capable of creating personalized and dynamic content to increase open and conversion rates
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skil.
Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset and a continuous optimization approach


What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in email marketing
Strong knowledge of tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
,Experience with segmentation, personalization, and automation Solid copywriting and visual sense
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Familiarity with HTML/CSS (a plus)
