Elevator Supervisor

Description:

Dynamic Elevator Services Pakistan (DELSP) is seeking a disciplined and experienced Elevator Supervisor to lead field operations with accountability, technical strength, and a firm commitment to safety and quality.

This role is critical. Weak supervision leads to failures, delays, and safety risks. We are not looking for a title-holder; we are hiring someone who takes ownership, enforces standards, and delivers results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of elevator systems

• Lead and manage technicians and team leaders on-site

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and company procedures

• Plan daily operations, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity

• Conduct inspections, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate with management and clients professionally

• Maintain accurate reports, service records, and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in elevator maintenance and operations

• Strong technical knowledge (electrical & mechanical systems)

• Leadership ability with firm decision-making

• High level of responsibility, discipline, and reliability

• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple sites

• Good communication and reporting skills
